蠕動泵的運行原理十分簡單。通過對泵管交替擠壓和釋放來輸送流體。在兩個滾輪之間的一段泵管形成“枕”形流體。“枕”的體積取決于泵管的內(nèi)徑和滾輪的幾何尺寸。流量取決于泵頭的轉(zhuǎn)速、“枕”的體積與滾輪每轉(zhuǎn)一轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生的“枕”的個數(shù)三項參數(shù)的乘積。
